Rotator Cuff Injury 2.0: Part Four is a new page. It starts with a patriotic picture of me with my sling. It then has a “Sling and Rehab Updates” section. My rehab is going slowly but as planned.

Vol. XX, No. 4 is the latest issue of the free FitTips for One and All newsletter.

Eat This for That; Don’t Eat This to Avoid That: Part Two is a new article. The media is fond of touting lists of foods or a specific food to improve a particular health situation or of claiming certain foods shouldn’t be eaten to avoid developing a certain health problem.

Three new updates have been added to Rotator Cuff Injury 2.0: Part Three. I sent a complaint letter to the hospital concerning aspects of my recent surgery I was not happy about. I overview my miserable weeks before and post-surgery, and I had several questions for the surgeon at my first post-op appointment.

Rotator Cuff Injury 2.0: Part Three is a new page. It discusses my “Rotator Cuff Surgery 2.0,” along with the rough week I had pre-surgery and rough weekend post-surgery.

After much ado, I am finally scheduled for surgery on my right shoulder to fix a rotator cuff tear and other problems in the shoulder on Friday, July 15, 2022. Prayers are appreciated that the surgery and my recovery afterward all go well. For further details, see the latest update: Surgery Scheduled for July 15.

Two new updates to Rotator Cuff Injury 2.0: Part Two: “Final Powerlifts Workouts Pre-Surgery, Again” and “Left Adductor Injury.” As I am waiting for approval for my surgery, my training had been going well, until I injured my left adductor (inner thigh) muscle. It is all so frustrating, as I explain the updates.

“Letter to Insurance Company” is the first item on the new page Rotator Cuff Injury 2.0: Part Two. My right shoulder surgery was denied by my insurance company, but I was told I could appeal that decision. This lengthy letter is my appeal.

Post-MRI Surgeon Appointment is the final update to Rotator Cuff Injury: Part Five. I was correct that the MRI showed there were no retears, and I was given the clearance to gradually begin to train harder and heavier. For that I am very thankful.

After almost a year, my Rotator Cuff Injury Story is now complete. I thank the LORD for enabling me to endure this ordeal and for it having a good ending, despite many problems and setbacks along the way. For the full story start to finish, click the preceding link.
